Cargo Supervisor (Chennai)

Supervise day-to-day cargo operations at the station by planning and coordinating activities for optimal efficiency and productivity. Monitor GHA service against EK SkyCargo standards, troubleshoot issues like delays and cargo mishandling, and ensure accurate cargo documentation and post-flight station file completion. Investigate customer queries, maintain cargo systems for customer service and rate filing, and lead staff through motivation, training, rostering, appraisals, and safe operations adherence.
