Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and shape enterprise-scale target-state architectures, standards, integration patterns, and multi-year roadmaps across Cisco and third-party technologies.
  • •Steer large, high-impact initiatives from architectural vision to execution by coordinating resources across Cisco, customer, and provider organizations.
  • •Evaluate and resolve intricate cross-architecture challenges, including dependencies, scalability, security, operational considerations, and tradeoffs.
  • •Serve as a technology strategist to customer executives and technology leaders by translating business priorities into recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • •Assess and integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies by evaluating architectural fit, governance, operational impact, risk, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors + 12 years, or Masters + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant experience
  • •Expert-level certification such as CCIE (or equivalent relevant certification)
  • •Expertise across enterprise technology domains and enterprise architecture strategy for large, highly integrated customer environments
  • •Routing & Switching experience with Nexus/NX-OS, SD-WAN, and substation/OT networking
  • •Security, policy, and monitoring experience including Cisco ISE, SD-WAN Security/Policy, Out-of-Band (OOB) management security, and Splunk/Thousand Eyes/Cisco IQ positioning
