Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and execute the AMP-2 Internal Audit Program covering all QMS processes and support functions.
  • •Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on process audits, system audits, compliance audits, and follow-up audits.
  • •Assess process effectiveness, compliance, and maturity against defined requirements, procedures, standards, and objectives, including process interactions and process ownership.
  • •Identify gaps, nonconformities, risks, and improvement opportunities; communicate findings to process owners and leadership.
  • •Verify root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor audit action plans, and escalate overdue or ineffective actions; support certification, surveillance, and customer audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations.
  • •ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal Auditor qualification is a must.
  • •Experience conducting process, system, and compliance audits and assessing process effectiveness and maturity.
  • •Knowledge of process mapping (e.g., SIPOC), process performance management, and risk assessment techniques.
