Set Up Technician

Install and remove molds and associated lines/fixtures for molding machines, following established procedures to keep production running smoothly. Set up includes connecting water/hydraulic lines, installing nozzles and heater blocks, clamping molds, and wiring heater bands. Maintain mold and molding equipment condition by cleaning and repairing nozzles, installing inserts as scheduled, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Transport molds using crane and forklift as needed.
