  • •Leads practical applications of scientific theory and unusually complex process development and technical management for the unit’s product line
  • •Leads research, development, and implementation for new products and enhancements
  • •Leads alpha engineering program and supports alpha and beta product release for the business unit’s product line
  • •Interacts with key customers to resolve unusually complex process engineering issues
  • •Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives and provides thought leadership
