Job Summary

Deliver hands-on occupational hygiene and hazardous materials services within an Environmental Health and Safety team. Conduct field inspections, monitoring and sampling, hazardous materials assessments, audits, and produce technical reports, clearance certificates, and management plans. Partner directly with clients to strengthen trusted relationships while supporting projects with practical guidance on WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and best practice across NSW and throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, and WHS advice.
•Deliver field-based occupational hygiene, WHS, and environmental services including sampling, inspections (asbestos and lead), and air quality assessments.
•Perform asbestos clearance inspections, air monitoring, and microbiological inspections.
•Work with clients to build, maintain, and strengthen trusted professional relationships.
•Prepare high-quality technical reports, clearance certificates, and management plans.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, WHS, or a related discipline.
•Demonstrated experience in asbestos and hazardous materials work, including a current Asbestos Assessor Licence (LAA) or willingness to work toward it.
•Strong technical report writing skills, preparing clear, well-structured reports and proposals.
•Hold a current, valid driver’s licence.
•Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and Codes of Practice (broader APAC jurisdictional knowledge is advantageous).
