Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and creating solutions by listening to needs
  • •Be responsible for one area in store (e.g., Back of house, Product, Team Experience, Community) and implement strategy with follow-up
  • •Maintain cash handling procedures including opening/closing tills and POS procedures
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and stay updated with On’s global activities

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • •Background in Running, Fashion or Sports Industry preferred but not required
  • •Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently and as part of a team
  • •Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
