Job Summary

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major, complex entertainment & media loans in line with lending policies and state and federal regulations. Partner with Relationship Managers to assess client credit needs, gather and analyze information for financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee, and ensure approved loans are processed and serviced properly. Support portfolio upkeep and reinforce strong customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to assess credit needs and determine required analysis structure and items.
•Gather and analyze information to present financing requests with the Relationship Manager for approval by senior management or the Loan Committee.
•Coordinate processing of approved loans to ensure alignment with agreements, customer needs, and bank lending policies, and obtain required customer documentation.
•Support problem-solving related to loan processing and servicing within the Relationship Manager’s portfolio.
•Participate in underwriting and closing desirable credits and perform underwriting/portfolio management upkeep tasks for new and existing loan requests.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of related experience in portfolio management or a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations and loan administration (and/or treasury management and commercial banking products).
•Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
•Intermediate knowledge of commercial credit, loan structuring, and pricing dynamics, including completed credit analyst training.
