Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan scheduling activities to deliver products on time based on customer requests and acknowledgement/KOBs, aligning delivery prospectus and lead times.
  • •Coordinate full execution flow from scheduling through completion and invoicing, ensuring maximized shop-floor flow and no priority conflicts.
  • •Plan releases and launch ERP work orders considering WIP/capacity, POR target, urgency/complexity, and inventory levels.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and stores to resolve issues related to BOM changes and ensure required specifications are met.
  • •Handle QA procedures and operational reporting (e.g., late backlog, RCA, OTD, inventory bridges, ITO, POR phasing) while following EHS and trade compliance rules.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering).
  • •1-3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of internal and industry standards related to the position (preferred).
  • •Preferred: Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering plus casting/machining and valve components knowledge.
