  • •Lead, grow, and support a team of senior iOS engineers building creative, user-facing features end-to-end.
  • •Set technical and quality standards for iOS, ensuring architectural coherence, maintainability, and performance across the codebase.
  • •Coach engineers on effective use of AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows with rigorous code quality, correctness, and security.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape product strategy with a clear technical and UX perspective.

  • •10+ years shipping Apple applications with significant experience delivering complex, production-scale iOS products.
  • •Experience managing and growing teams of senior engineers, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • •Technical fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK, with the ability to review and influence architectural decisions.
  • •Product and UX sensibility, including familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and attention to interaction quality.
