Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot PAM solutions: oversee inventory of privileged accounts (human and technical), vaults, administrator access, security policies, compliance and traceability of PAM access; monitor obsolescence of PAM components and licenses.
  • •Deploy and integrate PAM use cases: manage onboarding of accounts, systems, applications and DevOps flows; provide secure access paths for consuming teams.
  • •Co-create and maintain the PAM Target Operating Model, including roles, interfaces, processes, tooling, governance and service levels.
  • •Conceive and evolve the service model (Target Operating Model) for PAM, including platform architecture, run management and incident handling.
  • •Ensure operational quality and run management: define deployment and upgrade plans, govern platform performance, and orchestrate RUN with MSPs and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT environments, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity and privileged access management (ideally on PAM solutions).
  • •Experience designing and operating PAM services, including governance, identity management and access control across platforms.
  • •Strong ability to define and implement a PAM Target Operating Model, including roles, interfaces, processes, tooling, governance and service levels.
  • •Proven track record in deploying and integrating PAM usages across human and technical accounts, vaults, admin access policies, compliance and auditability.
  • •Excellent collaboration with security, IT, and business stakeholders; ability to steer projects, manage budgets and drive run operations.
