Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic opportunities (including organic growth, new business lines, and operating model redesign).
  • •Manage strategic projects for the Office of the CEO, Management Committee, or business leadership teams to realize opportunities.
  • •Organize, facilitate, and lead cross-functional project teams to drive business results.
  • •Own the corporate or business strategic planning process that produces a three-year strategic plan tied to financial implications.
  • •Interpret financial and statistical data to monitor strategy impact, and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership and the Board.
