Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements from initial discovery through production rollout.
  • •Build connectors, pipelines, and supporting tooling; write production-quality code; troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
  • •Capture product feedback with precision (logs, reproduction steps, proposed path forward) and identify product gaps to improve the roadmap.
  • •Partner with product and engineering teams to turn field patterns into reusable product capabilities.
