Job Summary

Drive customer-facing solutioning for Meegle by partnering with the sales team and clients to shape offerings that match customer needs. Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with sales and clients to identify and formulate solutions that meet client needs.
•Convey solution concepts and product value to help sales achieve rapid deal closure.
•Configure products to customer needs and deliver demos and POCs; support end-to-end customer project delivery.
•Provide internal enablement by sharing content and sessions based on industry and product insights.
•Define product/service boundaries and project scope, and collaborate with product R&D and customer success for front-backend information exchange and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
•Self-motivated with in-depth knowledge of products, technology, clients, industries, and competitors.
•Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
•Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to communicate accurately with internal and external Japanese/Mandarin-speaking clients.
