Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage day-to-day goals and objectives for the team, solving complex problems to support the business.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to incorporate manufacturing requirements during product development.
  • •Lead DFMA reviews and recommend improvements to manufacturability, assembly efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • •Develop and validate manufacturing processes, work instructions, process flows, and SOPs; plan and execute prototype builds, pilot runs, and engineering trials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience supporting new product development, product transfer, or manufacturing process development.
  • •Knowledge of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
  • •Hands-on experience in process development, prototype builds, manufacturing process design, and tooling/fixtures/equipment validation.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and SOPs), plus Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma/continuous improvement experience.
