IT Systems & Automation Manager

Support and improve day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites and markets by owning employee onboarding/offboarding workflows, managing hardware provisioning and endpoint administration, and administering enterprise SaaS platforms. You’ll handle identity and access management support, troubleshoot systems and account issues, and build automation workflows and lightweight internal tools. Working closely with operations, HR, vendors, and leadership, you’ll improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and help scale IT processes as the company grows.
