AVP Bank Manager

Manage a full-service retail banking office to ensure policies and procedures are followed while driving branch profitability. Lead daily operations, oversee sales, service, and operational processes, and develop multi-product relationships for individuals and small businesses. Recruit, train, coach, and review staff, resolve routine customer issues, and ensure compliance with banking and security requirements, including BSA and CRA goals. Also review operational and financial reports within deadlines.
