Acquire, expand, and retain new payments business for business banking clients, including merchant, treasury management, and card products. Drive outside sales and proactive prospecting while delivering consultative guidance on cash conversion cycles, working capital management, and receivables/payables operating cycles. Partner with relationship managers to structure accounts, meet sales and retention goals, and recommend solutions that improve client process efficiencies—using digital technology to enhance the client experience.
