Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the onsite design implementation, installation, operation, and maintenance of audio/video systems for assigned entertainment projects.
  • •Oversee day-to-day project execution, technical quality, inventory management, and logistics while partnering with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Coordinate audio/video system documentation, drawings, and project deliverables; present design change needs to maintain design intent.
  • •Monitor technical performance using show reports, maintenance documentation, and operational feedback; coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years experience in theatrical or entertainment audio/video design, implementation, or production.
  • •Extensive theme park experience in technical audio/video production for live theatrical entertainment.
  • •Demonstrated ability leading technical teams, coordinating vendors, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Strong working knowledge of AV software and networking protocols including Q-SYS, QLab, Reaper, Mainstage, Pro Tools, and Dante.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex audio/video systems and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle planning.
