Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals, owning the process from application through closing. Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, and contacts; gather applicant documentation; complete Fannie Mae Form 1003; and use systems like Loan Prospector and LOMAS to access rates, credit reports, and underwriting responses. Maintain loan pipelines, provide timely updates to branches and applicants, and meet management standards for loan sales and cross-selling.
