Job Summary

Help strengthen SEB’s Baltic information security within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) by conducting security risk and compliance assessments across information assets, processes, technology services, and third parties. Support business and technology teams with risk identification and mitigations, maintain the ISMS, track findings and remediation, and support audits and regulatory inspections. Contribute to security governance through risk reporting, KRIs, awareness, and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct information security risk assessments across information assets, business processes, technology services, and third-party providers.
•Support and challenge business and technology teams to identify security risks and implement mitigation measures.
•Assess compliance with information security policies, standards, and requirements including DORA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIS2.
•Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISMS, including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
•Track security risks and findings, support audits and regulatory inspections, and report remediation and risk information to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•At least two years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, IT audit, or a related field.
•Understanding of information security principles, control frameworks, risk management methodologies, and industry practices.
•Experience conducting security risk assessments, compliance assessments, audits, or other security assurance activities.
•Ability to identify and assess cybersecurity risks, recommend mitigations, and explain business impact to senior stakeholders.
•Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language: Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian.
