Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale energy and process projects, from RFQ & bidding through financial closure.
  • •Apply PMP standards to define charters, execute risk management, and track milestones across the project phases.
  • •Coordinate order engineering and S&OP planning with customers, divisional units, and factories (freeze drawings and align production slots).
  • •Manage execution and delivery by monitoring manufacturing, handling change orders, coordinating FAT/SAT, and overseeing logistics for on-site delivery.
  • •Lead financial closure by managing billing milestones, documentation submission, contract execution, and ensuring final payment collection and retention release.

Key Requirements

  • •Mandatory active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation).
  • •8 to 12 years of core project management experience delivering high-value industrial projects in India.
  • •Experience with complex EPC contract conditions, including liquidated damages (LD) clauses, bank guarantees (BG/PBG), and commercial documentation.
  • •Ability to manage project risks and cash-flow discipline to support on-time delivery and successful payment collection.
