Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the design process to ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality of designs.
  • •Review architectural submissions for design intent and “look and feel” items during delivery stage.
  • •Review design submissions for technical and commercial compliance and lead value engineering to meet target budgets.
  • •Operate within legal/ethical standards and ensure compliance with required DHRE regulatory framework and corporate governance.
  • •Lead and manage design process activities, manage consultants to mitigate risks, and provide regular feedback on project status and approved feasibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
  • •6–8 years of experience in design management within real estate or project development.
  • •Experience managing projects from concept through implementation stages.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, plus leadership and stakeholder management skills.
