Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across departments to align MRP parts delivery dates with maintenance schedules and reduce downtime risk with vendors and engineering.
  • •Maintain maintenance inventory health metrics and ensure parts details are accurate and up to date for buy signal actioning.
  • •Implement and maintain changes to critical spares BOMs and work order procedures in the ERP system for spares kits and ensure data integrity.
  • •Create and use metrics, queries, and reporting tools to highlight parts shortages, assess schedule risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate inventory locations and warehouse tasks, including kitting, picking, tracking, receiving, material handling, inventory accuracy, quality checks, and system transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or information systems, or 3+ years of experience in an inventory analyst role plus a high school diploma or equivalency.
  • •1+ years of ERP/WMS system experience (SpaceX systems preferred).
  • •Experience in machine maintenance, critical spares, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • •Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
