Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a living portfolio prioritization framework to rank active and proposed experiments against FY27 pipeline ambition
  • •Define and enforce stage-gate criteria for experiment progression (Discover, Plan, Run, Scale) including kill/pivot/iterate/scale thresholds
  • •Create SteerCo narratives, ELT investment memos, and QBR decks connecting experiment outcomes to enterprise metrics
  • •Build scenario models and resource allocation recommendations with quantified impact and confidence intervals
  • •Serve as the integration point for Prospecting Science across GTM planning, growth pods, ICP/routing, compensation design, and coverage models

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales/revenue strategy, or GTM operations at a high-growth tech company
  • •3+ years in portfolio management, program strategy, or experiment-driven growth roles
  • •Experience building prioritization frameworks to drive executive-level resource allocation
  • •Ability to create executive-facing content (board decks, ELT memos, QBR narratives) synthesizing operational data into strategy
  • •Experience with financial modeling, including scenario/sensitivity analysis and ROI/expected-value calculations
