Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims and support more experienced Adjusters in managing/closing their claims.
  • •Contribute to a high-performing GTS team with strong collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • •Demonstrate strategic, solutions-focused thinking to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and development.
  • •Pursue opportunities for professional development and further studies as part of career growth.

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
  • •Strong visible market presence and following.
  • •ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
  • •Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
  • •Driver's Licence.
