Key Responsibilities

•Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims and support more experienced Adjusters in managing/closing their claims.
•Contribute to a high-performing GTS team with strong collaboration and knowledge sharing.
•Demonstrate strategic, solutions-focused thinking to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
•Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and development.
•Pursue opportunities for professional development and further studies as part of career growth.

Key Requirements

•A minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
•Strong visible market presence and following.
•ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
•Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
•Driver's Licence.
