Job Summary

Lead all aspects of safety, delivery, quality, and cost for production and development programs at the Livingston site, serving as the site lead. Manage a team of Production Managers and oversee tactical and operational planning with a focus on short-to-medium horizons. Drive Lean implementation, ensure manufacturing compliance to RTX/UK standards, execute daily Lean management systems, coach leaders, and develop a manufacturing workforce supporting up to ~200 reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide safety leadership and ensure site EH&S requirements are met promptly.
•Accountable for manufacturing at the Livingston location, ensuring quality products are delivered efficiently and on time.
•Manage production programs within agreed quality standards, budgets, and timescales.
•Drive Lean execution, including Tiered accountability meetings, visual management, and rapid corrective actions.
•Coach and develop Production Managers and production team leads; train and develop the manufacturing team as responsibilities grow to ~200 direct/indirect reports.

Key Requirements
