Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safety leadership and ensure site EH&S requirements are met promptly.
  • •Accountable for manufacturing at the Livingston location, ensuring quality products are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage production programs within agreed quality standards, budgets, and timescales.
  • •Drive Lean execution, including Tiered accountability meetings, visual management, and rapid corrective actions.
  • •Coach and develop Production Managers and production team leads; train and develop the manufacturing team as responsibilities grow to ~200 direct/indirect reports.
