Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) refresh process and align ILE financial risk metrics with enterprise.
  • •Provide financial risk credible challenge to Legal Entity projects, strategies, and Change Advisory Forums.
  • •Act as main point of contact for financial risk for the regulator, audit, and ILE leadership, including required board meetings.
  • •Own ILE R financial risk policies and frameworks, support ILE deployment of enterprise financial risk programs, and advise the business on effective execution.
  • •Review issues and findings affecting financial risk and oversee remediation; coordinate with enterprise risk lead on second-line testing.
