Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and revise faculty-related policies and guidelines for Associate Director review and approval.
  • •Ensure internal consistency and alignment across faculty policies by identifying overlaps, gaps, and conflicts.
  • •Audit existing faculty policies and conduct peer benchmarking to inform updates and consolidation recommendations.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder input across Deans, Provost, Academic Appointments, HR, Research Office, and Senior Leadership.
  • •Prepare leadership presentations, briefing materials, and faculty-facing communications for approved policy updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in public policy/guidelines, higher education administration, law, or a related field.
