Key Responsibilities

  • •Legally compliant organization of the electrical department within the company.
  • •Ensure occupational safety for electrical hazards and implement applicable electrical regulations.
  • •Conduct and document risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen) and create work/operating instructions.
  • •Ensure regular training and instruction for electrical employees and oversee the proper condition of electrical systems and equipment via walkthroughs and testing.
  • •Instruct employees of external contractors and, if needed, onboard them onsite; coordinate with the in-company fire safety officer and provide safe work equipment and PPE for live work.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training (e.g., industrial electrician/electrician/electronics technician/mechatronics) or comparable expertise in electrical fields.
  • •Further training as a Meister, Techniker, Diplom-Ingenieur, or Master/Bachelor in electrical/electrical engineering (or comparable qualification).
  • •Experience in measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) as well as wiring of control cabinets (Schaltschrankverdrahtung).
  • •Experience leading and motivating employees.
  • •Independent, quality-focused working style with personal commitment.
