Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate steel form parts using cutting equipment and welding components together per specifications.
  • •Use shop prints to weld and fabricate in a safe and efficient manner.
  • •Cut steel using an oxy/fuel torch as needed for fabrication.
  • •Perform welding work that includes arc & MIG welding in horizontal and vertical positions.
  • •Support manufacturing tasks and other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in steel fabrication (at least 1 year preferred).
  • •Ability to read shop prints and fractions, and use a tape measure.
  • •Capable of arc and MIG welding in both horizontal and vertical positions, including passing certification.
  • •Experience using oxy/fuel torch to cut steel and using basic hand and power tools.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and experience with industrial steel tooling (e.g., band saw, drill press, grinders).
