Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead two engineering teams (Data Collections and Streaming Data Platform) and establish processes to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration and timely delivery.
  • •Partner with Data Platform leadership and engineering stakeholders to translate needs into a clear technical roadmap.
  • •Act as a product-minded thought partner to PMs by understanding internal engineering workflows and pain points to shape what gets built and why.
  • •Set team goals, prioritize projects, monitor system health, and proactively resolve issues impacting downstream consumers.
  • •Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and mentor engineers while representing team strategy to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in engineering people management, ideally managing multiple teams or a large-scope team.
  • •Experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering teams with strong distributed systems, event streaming, or data pipeline knowledge.
  • •Proven ability to set technical direction across multiple teams, balancing long-term architectural investments and near-term delivery.
