Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units, including sequencing for inspection and accountability.
  • •Track turn-in status from initial receipt through final disposition and support high-volume mass turn-in operations.
  • •Review and validate supply documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and maintain audit-ready records/logs.
  • •Enter and update data in Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and spreadsheets.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff for storage, labeling/segregation (including HAZMAT), and scheduling shipments in accordance with Army and DTR standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II).
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and process Army supply documentation and perform condition coding requirements.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills in a high-volume environment.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain CAC and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility, and pass background check/drug testing.
