•Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points.

•Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in the banking domain.
•Strong understanding of digital transformation and business processes, including BPS/BPO.
•Experience designing automation workflows or BPaaS models.
•Excellent client-facing communication for solutions and large deals, with executive storytelling skills.
•Familiarity with AI/ML and agentic concepts, even if not hands-on.
