  • •Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines and ensure designs are launch-ready and compliant.
  • •Provide crisp, day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product, turning complex issues into simple decisions.
  • •Support UK and cross-border compliance by coordinating filings and regulatory submissions and maintaining policies, registers, and training.
  • •Build scalable legal infrastructure by creating templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices to streamline workflows and automate routine work.

Key Requirements
