Service Technician

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support by diagnosing and repairing installed plant and equipment during customer site visits. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), handle customer breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning/hire tasks. Collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams, maintain customer relationships, and generate reports on completed work orders. Use diagnostic software and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
