Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn Kit’s onboarding curriculum and migration SOPs, using tools like Arrows, Slack, and HubSpot.
  • •Take ownership of solo migrations, including CSV imports, form/landing page rebuilds, and automation recreation.
  • •Migrate Visual Automations and Sequences along with email templates, ensuring core deliverables are completed.
  • •Handle integrations and subscriber/tag mapping across source platforms as part of each migration.
  • •Support successful outcomes with deliverability fundamentals and clear creator walkthrough communication in Zoom/Loom.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of Kit’s platform (Visual Automation builder, forms/landing pages, tagging, sequences, and API v4 basics).
  • •Experience with CSV data handling and subscriber/tag mapping across source platforms.
  • •Deliverability fundamentals including domain authentication, send history review, and warm-up planning.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication with creators, comfortable with Zoom/Loom walkthroughs.
  • •Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding, including managing multiple concurrent client projects.
