Support reusable legal templates and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal support for fleet projects across multiple markets, including drafting and negotiating fleet partnership/service agreements and related financing structures.
•Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts, templates, and policies such as partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use.
•Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters.
•Support cross-border legal structuring by flagging regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations and coordinating with local counsel.
•Monitor relevant regulations across assigned markets and prepare clear legal analysis with practical recommendations.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, ideally supporting IT, tech, or platform companies.
•Solid grounding in civil and commercial law, with exposure to financing/leasing, consumer, or marketing/advertising law preferred.
•Familiarity with digital platform regulation is an advantage.
•Strong drafting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in English; additional/local language proficiency is a plus.
