Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products to meet individual sales goals
  • •Recommend appropriate services and upgrades by identifying client needs
  • •Provide warm front-desk client experience including check-in/check-out, payment processing, and booking appointments
  • •Answer calls and emails and address client questions and concerns professionally and promptly
  • •Complete opening/closing responsibilities, maintain a stocked environment, monitor supplies, and assist with transitional cleaning as needed
