Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the global P&C programme and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivering benefits realization.
  • •Establish and lead the P&C PMO, including governance frameworks, methodologies, stage gate reviews, RACI, risk/issue management, change control, and reporting standards.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global P&C programmes, managing interdependencies, risks, budgets, schedules, and programme health reporting.
  • •Create and institutionalize a global P&C change management methodology, including organizational readiness, adoption measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team of programme, project, change, business analysis, and PMO professionals, coaching and developing capability frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of programme/portfolio management or PMO leadership experience.
  • •10+ years leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • •Experience establishing and leading enterprise PMOs.
  • •Experience leading global HR/People & Culture, shared services, or business transformation programmes.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-country transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder and executive communication.
