Join a founder’s office team to drive zero-to-one strategic projects for a finance super app expansion. You’ll support licensing and market entry, research markets and regulations, acquire partners, and turn founder ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions. Work cross-functionally across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams, handling urgent business problems to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
•Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
•Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
•Convert founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
•Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms; own urgent business problems until solved.

Key Requirements

•Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing, and sharp business judgement.
•Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
•Experience working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
•Ability to turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
•Strong English communication and structured thinking; experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments is an advantage.
