Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to site strategy, execute plans, and lead change initiatives with the Site Leadership Team.
  • •Secure operational licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., NFSA, Ministry of Health, employment office), serving as focal point for government interactions.
  • •Manage overall factory premises safety and security, including security personnel, access control, surveillance, and security upgrade plans.
  • •Direct official inspections/audits, maintain certifications/permits/operating licenses, and analyze Egyptian legislative/labor/food-industry regulatory changes.
  • •Develop strategies for contract labor and personnel transportation, supplier governance control, and mitigations to protect food security and ensure labor stability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in legal, compliance, and corporate administration roles, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, governance, labor law, and risk management.
  • •Experience managing relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • •Proven experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls; leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
