Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to developmental testing of tactical imaging systems, including ground testing and integration into airborne-based systems.
  • •Integrate the Test and Evaluation process into the program and ensure adherence throughout the program life cycle.
  • •Ensure safe operations of all testing efforts according to established operating procedures and practices.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and align test activities with system capabilities and mission objectives.
  • •Coordinate with private/government test sites, analyze test data to validate performance, and improve test procedures, safety protocols, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • •0–2 years of test engineering experience (or comparable engineering experience such as military exercise planning & evaluation).
  • •Hands-on project experience demonstrating practical problem-solving (internships, capstone projects, personal builds, or hobby engineering).
  • •Ability to interpret and analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.
  • •Willingness to learn formal test planning and safety processes, write technical reports, and obtain/maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
