Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, prioritize, and plan non-emergency maintenance work orders.
  • •Ensure work orders include clear scope, realistic timelines, labor estimates, and accurate coding.
  • •Liaise with requesting departments to define requirements and secure appropriate approvals.
  • •Conduct site assessments and plan labor, materials, tools, and resources for maintenance activities.
  • •Develop weekly maintenance schedules, manage maintenance backlog/ready backlog, and coordinate planned downtime while maintaining job plans and issuing KPI reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or technical school training preferred.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate maintenance needs across departments.
  • •Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Ability to estimate man-hours and materials and prepare accurate coding and job plan documentation.
  • •Good administrative, mathematical, and planning/organizational skills; able to work with personal computers and relational databases, including reading blueprints and shop drawings.
