Job Summary

Support performance engineering activities for power equipment installed on Helios Towers Madagascar sites. You’ll analyze RMS data for rectifiers, generators, batteries, and solar systems; identify equipment not meeting standards; and help prepare reports, dashboards, and action trackers. Under supervision, you’ll contribute to technical recommendations for configuration and sizing, support warranty claim follow-up, and participate in SHEQ-related technical audits and checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Support analysis of RMS data for rectifiers, generators, batteries, solar systems, and other power solutions.
•Identify sites or equipment not operating according to defined standards and report performance gaps.
•Contribute to preparation of reports, dashboards, and action trackers for the Engineering Manager.
•Participate in developing technical recommendations for field and O&M teams, including configuration, sizing, and optimal use of equipment.
•Support warranty claim follow-up, review technical documents, and test new products; participate in technical audits and SHEQ-related checks under supervision.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
•Understanding of a telecommunications tower, its components, and related technologies.
•Strong interest in performance engineering, energy efficiency, field operations, and renewable energy.
•Good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
