Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage worker relationships across the market from recruiting through placement with timely updates and support.
  • •Develop and maintain community and partner relationships to drive worker pipeline and brand presence.
  • •Oversee worker vetting (including drug testing) and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions.
  • •Manage the full worker funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate new start scheduling across customer sites, distribute/manage PPE, and provide on-site support and feedback to Traba HQ.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • •Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong recruiting instincts with the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • •Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers; strong interpersonal communication skills.
