Job Summary

Serve as Traba’s local in-market operator by recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the Cincinnati market. Build relationships with workers and community/workforce partners, run vetting and large group onboarding, and manage the full worker funnel from sourcing through scheduling and converting applicants to shift-ready workers. Coordinate interviews and new start schedules across customer sites, distribute PPE, and provide proactive feedback and market updates to Traba HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage worker relationships across the market from recruiting through placement with timely updates and support.
•Develop and maintain community and partner relationships to drive worker pipeline and brand presence.
•Oversee worker vetting (including drug testing) and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions.
•Manage the full worker funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
•Coordinate new start scheduling across customer sites, distribute/manage PPE, and provide on-site support and feedback to Traba HQ.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
•Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
•1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
•Strong recruiting instincts with the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
•Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers; strong interpersonal communication skills.
