Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customs clearance processes for imported goods and ensure timely completion of official procedures.
  • •Prepare, review, submit, and register customs declarations for import, bonded warehouse, transit, and summary declaration processes.
  • •Maintain customs documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, permits/licenses) and follow up on required regulatory approvals.
  • •Coordinate customs-related activities with Customs Authorities, airport authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  • •Maintain records and system entries for inventory movements and operational transactions; support audits, inspections, stock counts, and discrepancy reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Customs, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in customs operations, import/export, logistics operations, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge of customs laws/regulations, customs declaration processes, and international trade documentation.
  • •Experience in duty free operations, bonded warehouse environments, logistics, or international trade (advantage).
  • •Advanced SAP knowledge and strong MS Office proficiency for reporting, transaction management, and data analysis.
