Production Engineer

Safely maximize oil production and optimize water injection by monitoring well performance and developing production optimization strategies. Plan and support well interventions and operational activities to restore and improve performance, while analyzing well testing and production outcomes to reduce deferrals. Collaborate with Reservoir Engineering, Operations, Drilling, and Intervention teams onshore and offshore, providing technical guidance for well start-up, drawdown management, well integrity surveillance, and production system optimization.
