Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees to meet financial targets and credit terms.
  • •Initiate and develop new business through outside business development activities and community involvement.
  • •Use internal customer sourcing software to generate leads, track activities, and make referrals to business partners and bankers.
  • •Analyze credit and financial information to determine clients’ borrowing qualification, and support underwriting/structuring and portfolio management to maintain sound asset quality.
  • •Maintain compliance with bank regulations and policies, including staying up to date on changes and completing required annual training.

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •4-6 years of experience in commercial lending or commercial credit underwriting (or equivalent).

  • •Strong knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, practices, documentation, and the bank’s risk-rating system.
