Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of five (3 accounting officers and 2 credit controllers).
  • •Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting of financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to Miele guidelines and local legislation.
  • •Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the cluster.
  • •Serve as local point of contact for tax, legal, and credit management activities within the cluster.
  • •Drive transfer pricing and intercompany compliance in line with Group policies and contribute to harmonizing financial processes across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven knowledge of accounting, tax, and legal matters in an international context.
  • •Education in finance and accounting, preferably CFA, CPA, FA or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience with excellent people management skills.
  • •Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • •Excellent command of English and French (both written and spoken at C1-level).
